We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all products. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@physiopep.com – we want satisfied customers and strive to provide the best possible customer experience.

Defective or Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can replace or refund you.

Return Information

This return policy is valid for the following countries: United States

You have the right to return your product within 30 days after order arrival for a full refund.

Products can be easily returned. Note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This applies both in the case of dissatisfaction with products and defective/damaged products.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be sent a replacement product to the same address as your original order or a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to process.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.

To start a return, contact us at support@physiopep.com with your order confirmation number and your reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
